RETURN OF GOODS
The right of withdrawal can be exercised without any penalty and without having to specify the reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods, by sending an email to sales.ss@studio19adv.com or from the appropriate section of the user panel.
The instructions for the goods return procedure will then be indicated.
It is specified that the shipping costs for returning the goods are to be paid by the user.

To exercise the withdrawal it is essential that the goods are intact and that the object has the original packaging, equipped with all the tags.

The amount of the purchased good will be refunded within 30 days following the return of the goods.

 
GOODS EXCHANGE and/or REFUND
In case of exercising the right of return for exchange of goods, the procedure to follow is as follows:
1. Write an email to sales.ss@studio19adv.com within 2 days of receiving the product describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.
2. Follow the return procedure methods as per the communication received from our customer service.
3. Make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached.
Remember that you can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order. We will only replace or refund items returned as instructed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
The return of the product must take place within 48 hours following receipt of the email from our customer care in the manner to be followed (the date indicated on the postmark or on the courier's transport document will prevail).
The return will be handled within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse. Within the same period, the outcome of the same will be communicated (acceptance with replacement of the product or refund in case of impossibility of replacement). Refunds are made by bank transfer or Paypal refund.
The costs of returning the product for exchanges of goods are charged to the customer. In the event of an exchange of goods, the shipment of the new product to the customer is free in Italy for one time only (excluding the smaller islands, the Venice lagoon and Sardinia).

In the case of the sale of a personalized product only, the refund of the amount spent for the purchase cannot be made.
